Kate Hudson, born April 19, 1979 under the Aries zodiac sign, is an American actress, singer-songwriter, and entrepreneur. Daughter of actress Goldie Hawn and singer Bill Hudson, she made her film debut in Desert Blue (1998) before achieving stardom as Penny Lane in Almost Famous (2000), winning a Golden Globe and earning an Academy Award nomination at age 21. Hudson has three children: son Ryder Robinson from her marriage to Chris Robinson (2000-2007), son Bingham Hawn Bellamy from her relationship with musician Matt Bellamy (2011-2014), and daughter Rani Rose with partner Danny Fujikawa whom she began dating in 2016. She maintains a close relationship with her brother Oliver Hudson and half-brother Wyatt Russell from her mother's partnership with Kurt Russell.
