Jon Pardi, born May 20, 1985, is an American country music singer and songwriter signed to Capitol Nashville with five studio albums to his credit: Write You a Song (2014), California Sunrise (2016), Heartache Medication (2019), Mr. Saturday Night (2022), and Honkytonk Hollywood (2025). The Taurus-born artist scored four number-one hits on Country Airplay including "Head Over Boots," "Dirt on My Boots," "Heartache Medication," and "Last Night Lonely." Married to hairdresser Summer Duncan since November 2020, Pardi became the first Californian inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in October 2023.
Jon Pardi grew up in Dixon, California, where he attended Dixon High School and graduated in 2003. He started writing music at age 12 and formed his own small band by 14, developing his traditional country style while still in his youth. After high school, the young Jon Pardi moved to Nashville to pursue his music career, eventually landing a deal with Capitol Nashville and touring as an opening act for Dierks Bentley in 2010.
Jon Pardi married Summer Duncan, a hairdresser, on November 21, 2020, after proposing to her on stage at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on October 2, 2019. The couple welcomed their first daughter on February 18, 2023, and announced they were expecting their second child in January 2024. Pardi stands at approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and maintains strong ties to his California roots while based in Nashville.
