Eden Golan is an Israeli singer, songwriter, dancer and model who represented Israel at Eurovision 2024, finishing fifth with 375 points. She won season 10 of HaKokhav HaBa and began her career in Russia, competing on The Voice Kids Russia in 2018.
Born in Kfar Saba, Golan moved to Moscow at age six in 2009 due to her father's work. She trained in rhythmic gymnastics from age 3.5 to 7, began vocal training at age nine, and competed in Russian children's singing competitions including the 2015 Junior Eurovision selection where she placed fifth.
Golan's parents, Eddie and Olga, are of Latvian Jewish and Ukrainian Jewish descent respectively, both born in the Soviet Union. She has a younger brother named Sean and is the niece of pianist Dorel Golan. The family returned to Israel in 2022, prompted by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and experiences of antisemitism in Russia.
